A familiar financial reality
The number moved

A number has moved. Nobody is quite sure why.

The figures don't agree

Two reports don't quite agree. Someone has to go back to the source.

The meeting starts

The management meeting starts. Finance starts searching for the context.

Cash looks fine

Cash looks comfortable. Receivables tell a different story.

MoneyOS is built to close that gap.

What MoneyOS actually is

MoneyOS brings together the financial information your team already works with, and helps you understand what has changed, why it changed, and what evidence supports it.

See it, don't just read about it
MoneyOS is currently a working prototype. It runs on illustrative data today and does not yet connect to live bank feeds, GST systems or an ERP in production. The example below shows the shape of what it produces once connected.

Not a real customer or real financial result

Revenue for the trailing quarter came to ₹11,66,477.13, up 11.22% on the quarter before. Two invoices worth ₹25,636.63 are now overdue.

84.85% confidence
Reasoning

Growth is tracking the usual pattern for this business. But the liquidity part of the health score has slipped against operating costs: cash on hand hasn't kept up with the rise in monthly spend.

Evidence
Customer receivable, Account A, overdue since 6 July, ₹18,086.12
Customer receivable, Account B, overdue since 6 July, ₹7,550.51
Liquidity score 20.97 out of 100: cash of ₹3,33,273.11 against operating costs of ₹3,49,675.94
Suggested, not automatic

Collect the two overdue receivables before quarter close. That alone lifts the liquidity score, without touching spend.

Who MoneyOS is built for

Business owners, CFOs, finance leads and finance teams at companies around ₹50 to 250 crore annual turnover.

Usually businesses that have outgrown spreadsheet-heavy finance processes, are pulling information from more than one system, and need context, not just numbers, as reporting gets more complex.

Before we go further, a few things it isn't
Not simply another dashboard.
Doesn't replace Tally, your ERP, or your accountant.
Not an ERP implementation.
Doesn't move money, file returns, or act on its own.
What it means day to day
Owner

Know what deserves attention without asking three people for the context.

Finance lead

Spend less time assembling information and more time understanding it.

Accountant

Trace an observation back to the underlying evidence.

Auditor

See the reasoning and evidence behind what is being flagged.

Questions worth answering upfront
Does MoneyOS replace Tally or our accounting software?

No. Your ledger and accounting system stay exactly where they are. MoneyOS works alongside them, including a working Tally import, and brings the information together so it's easier to understand.

Does it replace finance staff?

No. It's built around the roles already doing the work, owner, finance lead, accountant and auditor, and gives each of them evidence and reasoning to work from, not a replacement for their judgement.

Is it relevant if we already use an ERP?

MoneyOS is designed mainly for finance teams working across Tally, spreadsheets and other systems, before a full ERP makes sense. If you already run an ERP, tell us on the call and we can talk through whether it adds anything for your situation.

How does data handling work?

MoneyOS is currently a working prototype. In a live setup, information would come from the systems you already use, such as your ledger, bank statements and GST filings. We'll talk through exactly how that would work for your business on the call.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the shape of your finance function and what needs connecting. We'll talk through it on the call rather than guess at a number here.
